Client’s then receive notification as records become due for destruction and the client can then provide authorization to proceed with secure, confidential destruction of the record.

This means records move efficiently through their life-cycle minimizing cost and reducing liability.

Clients have full access to detailed reporting for their records inventory, and records activity, through an online client portal 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Clients can review historical activity by individual record, department, organization and view the current status of any given record or set of records.
